3x2000 on Hilly course with 3 min recovery

Times were slow but going fast on that course is impossible. Before the past three months, I would have never been able to hit these times on this course though because the hill after the turn around would have had me crawling. Held good form and ran strong the whole way, just ran out of top end speed and I was in my highest gear the whole way. Probably should have done quarters to prepare myself for going fast prior but this was a good break up run and confidence builder for the fight and strength I have right now.

Course was up hill from 300-800m, 1000-1200m (big hill), and 1700-2000m. Also had to come to a complete stop at 1000m, and u-turn back going directly into a big hill. Course was real rough for this so I'm happy none of the hills were the reason for me barely being able to hang on.
