Comments:
Was utterly exhausted last night. Woke up kinda tired too just needing some mental down time. A storm ended up coming through and it rained and thundered. I waited for that to pass then got out for a run. It was pretty good I should have gone yesterday. No one else was out and I didnt actually get caught in any rain. Came back my way up Paxton. Pace picked up at the end too.
Essentials: Stretch
Actually didnt stretch too much. I grabbed the compost and walked down to drop it off. That counted as my shake out and stretch. However now, pretty sore I should actually stretch out too.
