Comments:
I didnt get home in time to make it down to Friendship, which is fine because Riverside was closed anyways. I did drop my stuff and just get out to shake out yesterday. Ran a loop around the edges of Oakley. It was decent and I just took my time. I think that was a good call I needed that. Was pretty tired, sore and dehydrated today. It was also pretty warm out even at 6pm.

Nice stretch out and cool down when I got back. Legs feel better now.
