I caught up on some much needed sleep. This week was also a lot. Rain kept coming but broke a little bit right before I headed out. I saw a bunch of runners out in the early morning but no so many when I went out. It was humid and the soaked sweat showed up quickly. Coming back on Edwards, felt like I picked up the pace and got into a good groove. Felt surprisingly good today having not run yesterday.

Essentials: Stretch

Had to stretching inside still too soaked and soggy outside. That went well too. Amazing how a run can refresh you like that. Then again Ive known that for decades, despite what the running influencers will tell you.
