Reverse Oakley Loop

Got out and ran early. I guess cause it was gonna get hot and it just looked really nice out. This was a reverse where I had to run up Erie. There was a biker climbing up at the same time and I figured I might be able to catch him and I did. When he caught back up he made a remark how crazy that was. That was the hardest part of the run I think I toned it down a little the way back. Since I was out there, I added on around Millsbrae and Markbreit. That was a good call got it up to 5.

Essentials: Stretch

Was gased when I finished and definitely needed to rehydrate. But that was a good run needed that after this week.
