Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Woke up several times in the night and was kinda tired this morning but I had to get up and get to Blue Ash to run with Andrew. It was just an awesome morning and I was able to go much further running with him. We did an extended loop over into Montgomery a bit. Finished up near the neighborhood and walked the last bit. I pushed it well today though and didnt struggle much.
Essentials: Stretch
Nice stretch on the porch. Calf and hammies been a little tight these days but felt good after finishing and stretching. Now just feel tired and driained out. Only imagine what it would have been like running later in the day when it go hot out.
