Comments:
Long day but got down to run club for a warm one. Good pack I started to struggle on the home stretch but we picked it up and ended up going sub 7 for the last mile. Awesome workout. Felt pretty good especially after the mileage yesterday. This is summer grind style.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched out a bit then hit up Streetside. You can get away with stuff like that now when the sunset is at 9pm.
