Comments:
Hot day today, even when I woke up. I went in to get ahead on things, then met Julie for lunch and probably ate too much to have a really enjoyable run. I had to digest a while when I came home and get out there. Immediately, the combo of going long yesterday, the heat, and Chinese made my legs feel heavy. I worked into it though and coming back felt slow but like I had to strength to push myself. I was pretty happy about that. Got pretty sweaty throughout.
Essentials: Stretch
Actually got a good stretch in, something I think I didnt really do yesterday. Legs were not destroyed this morning so thats good turn around from the long run.
