Comments:
Got there in time to run. Rode my bike down since its a little far to run the extra at this point. We had a nice pack and took it reasonable. It was crazy humid out all soaked by the end. Had to walk it out a little bit on the way back too since Otto was with us in the stroller. I didnt mind.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a little while rehydrating then was pretty immobile when I got home but stretched a little more. Legs pretty burnt and everything burnt. These next few weeks are going to be trying and brutal for me.
