Comments:
Pretty tired today. I didnt want to work as much as I did yesterday but today seemed like a regroup and catch up. I got around to running early afternoon but almost instantly realized it wasnt going to be good. Legs were destroyed, stomach was cramped. Felt like all I could manage was plodding around on Roberston and Madison. But ehh I was out there and it was better than nothing.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt need to stretch much but I did need to rehydrate. Stomach cramp went away once I cleaned up.
