pace workout

Comments:
real good pace workout. felt nice. warm up on track. then 4x200, at around 40. 200 rest in between. then 4x400 at about 76. 400 rest inbetween. those were tough but leading helped. then 6x800, 2:35 then 2:45 alternating. felt really strong on both. paces were pretty much perfect.
