I've been placed in a boot for at least a few days, so I did the workout time-based on a bike in the cardio room. Tried to get my heart rate up as much as possible during the hard intervals.

4x40 seconds w/ 40 sec recovery
90 second recovery
4x80 seconds w/ 80 sec recovery
90 second recovery
6x 2:35-45 w/ 90 seconds recovery, odds were 2:35, evens were 2:45.
