Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was tired today and got out mid afternoon. Realized quickly that I was not hydrated enough either. Felt ok going out. Achilled and hammy a little tight and shoes feel shot. Ran behind someone all the way down Wasson and that kept me up pace. Going up the trail hills was tough and my HR was up near tempo by the top which says something. I walked it off a little then picked back up down Herschel. Enjoyed the down hill. Last stretch of Wasson was tough and I also needed a pickup down Drakewood to finish. Thats where the effort goes in and product is made.
Essentials: Stretch
Really rehydrated and stretched out a bit. Not feeling great about my fitness level before the Blast because I bet its gonna be fast and I have not done any workouts a all. However I was able to weather this tough section here and get some good work in. Lets see how next week goes with any exercise but the blast is more about having fun and getting out there just to do something.
