Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Heat wave is here. Its not gonna help with my exhaustion and catching up on energy. I slept like 11 hr yesterday and then had to rebound and go in for a grading session. Left me to run at the hottest time of the day. It was real. I felt good for the first half through Norwood but overheating on the way back on Wasson. Took it easy there and stayed in a safe zone. Glad I kept pushing though that was a good workout and reintroduce to a hot summer of running.
Essentials: Stretch
Took me a while to cool down and rehydrate. Legs not too sore from yesterady, thats a good sign. But I am not in fast shape thats apparent too.
