Comments:
Kept it low key for most of the day. In the afternoon a big rainstorm came through and it dumped for a while so I had to wait for that to pass. Then it got pretty humid out. Its been a while since I ran so I felt a little rusty naturally but think I worked into it. Just kept going glad I went all the way out and had some longer mileage here. I felt better out then I did on the way back. Started to cramp a little. Was fully soaked and saturated by then but still not too thirsty. Finished up on Wasson to Hyde Park Ave and that added a little bit and was a nice way to finish.
Essentials: Stretch
Mostly stretched outside on the new concrete walkways. Its not that bad. Legs probably gonna feel it and also need to stay hydrated now even though its wicked humid out.
