Comments:
Somehow got some sleep last night. Then decided to take it easy and just regroup myself even though I have so much to do next week. Ran in afternoon when it was pretty hot. Wasnt expecting much since I haven't run in a while. I knocked the shit out of my foot on the doorway earlier in the day and it was sore walking around so I was worried about that. I ran anyways over to Wasson and then back Marburg and Madison. Looks like a lot of people were cleaning up and drying out. I was fine running. Wish I had more in me to go further.

Fine stretch cleaning up when I got back. Foot didnt bother me running but its sore and tender now. WTF man this summer has been something hasn't it.
