Weather: Muggy as always
Comments:
We ran intervals (6x3 min 2 min rest) in Hawthorn and they went very well. I got working pretty hard and I felt like I was flying along the paths. We did two of our typical loops only 15 seconds slower than if we doubled our fastest loop ever. That is a pretty good sign. I was pretty tired after the run, but it all felt good. This looks like another good week.
