Comments:
Had a really easy workout. Not bad at all. Wasn't tired much. Workout was 4x1000 in 3:20 with 3min rest. Which is like a cross workout except with half as many repeats and less rest. Oh well I'll be rested for the rest of the week which is good. Ran with Vaughn and Kurt. Running with Vaughn was fun for the first time ever. Fun easy workout overall.
Splits from workout: 3:18, 3:17, 3:16, 3:15.
I didn't relize that it was one second faster per 1000!
