Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran on the treadmill, actually not too terrible. Its sweet that I'm getting back up to actual mileage. Gonna shoot for 20 this week, should be at 30 in two weeks.
Did some lifting plus the circuit as well.
I'm liking my progress, but nothing's ever for certain. I can't get lazy now, gotta stay sharp, smart, and focused.
