BW...had to wait quite a while for the 3K but when it finally rolled around...

chris and i ran the race together and carried out our plan except were a bit slow on our splits i guess. But we both Pr'd and finished higher than where we were seeded place wise so overall it was ok. Another step in the right direction. I really liked our strategy of switching off leading laps.
