Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So I decided to try to run at the lake this morning. Made it down my street, pass the bank, then hit 2 feet of snow on the Harford Rd. sidewalk. Continued to run/hike my way through. The snow, which was semi-frozen(I still fell right through) was, for lack of a better word, rather sharp, and I think this is where I cut my heel. So I continued down the service to road to the park. I had to run where other people had walked and packed in the snow, but even this was difficult. Towards the end of the road, I again hit high snow. This sucked going through. By the time, I made it to the bridge, my legs were trashed, and I was less than a mile into the run. Going up the bike path was hard, and by the time I got to the lake, I realized it was not plowed. I was quite pissed, and decided to just turn around and do the same old neighborhood loop. I ran the same way back and did 7 loops. Pretty tired toward the end to finish off this shitty run. Hopefully, the neighbors across the street let me use their treadmill if we are off tomorrow. If were in school, I guess I'll just use the treadmill in the fitness center. Oh well, got my braces of today though!
