Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
gotta get back to the intensity of that first month of training.
Probably hardest swim workout yet... Its amazing how much shape you loose in swimming with a gap in training... you fall behind much quicker than in running.
Tempo Workout.. pool was almost empty so I did two sessions of sprint triathlon distance as fast as I could.. with 10 minutes active recovery between + warm up/cool down til a mile.
I think I'm closest to my time goals in swimming (compared to running, biking)
