3k in 9:05. PR, but i never really felt like i was racing. kinda disappointed because i really felt fine at the end. 3k just isn't my race, i'd bet i could run 10 seconds faster if i could keep my head in it. then split 54.5 on the 4x4 which i was kinda happy with.
