Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
good workout! could probably done another 2 mile tempo rather than just the last 1 mile thing, but coach told me that everyone had trouble with the last one and cut it short, so I couldn't mentally make myself do another mile, even though i felt pretty good. It was nice to be able to run fast for the last mile. hopefully I can do that in a race. Running on a treadmill really helped me hit the paces.
