Comments:
Progressive 10 minute second part of the warm up. Tough Workout. I was tying up earlier and earlier in each interval, which didn't feel good at all. Ran it with Colin, though he was consistently beating me. 3 minutes of rest in between. Barefoot warm down afterwards.
