Up and Down the hill

Comments:
Quick run, down the hill south of my house and back up the other side. It was relatively easy. I didn't bring anything with me, music, hr monitor, book, nothing. just me and my run. It was okay, and I am going to have to get used to running without entertainment. My mind wanders a lot when I don't have a distraction to keep me focused. Probably why I was so slow this time out.

Although using my HR monitor usually makes me run a little harder than I would without it, so maybe that is the true reason.
