ran first 1.7 mi @ a little faster than warm-up pace (7:10ish), next 2.3 @ AC pace (6:40-6:47), last 2 mi as fast as we could finish, about 80% effort (6:10-ish); felt okay, just a little frustrated with not feeling strong on runs lately
