run and hurdle workout

Comments:
did a run around graveyard first. felt pretty good alone for most of it after ethan peeled off. then a hurdle workout w/ barnes and grese. 10x400 a barrier and hurdle per lap. did them in nice pace around 80's. good till last lap. very tired after everything.
races will be mental tests this year...
