Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
today didn't go quite as planned, but the run felt decent and I assume i went about 7.30 pace or faster which is pretty compared to the last couple of weeks. I feel ready for track though and to get rid of whatever has been plaguing(sp?) me and finally get back down to seven minute pace and lower.
