Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slow relaxed run on fairmont at 12am. Took it easy, because I didn't want to wipe myself out like I did last week. I'm going to try to run 8 milers for the rest of the week. It'll be taxing, but not as bad as 9 milers. I over did it earlier when I got back from my injury, and do not want to mentally and physically exhaust myself like that again.
