Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran loops at Claire's farm. Each loop is about 2.2 miles and it's really hilly. Felt good. Was planning to run 13 miles, but found out I would be pressed for time because of dinner, so I picked up the second half of the run. My knee/IT band wasn't bad; didn't have to stretch it during the run. Iced afterwards.
