Practice...ran to the greenbelt west for a mile warmup... did 9 x 500's in 3 different sets..
set 1 on 2:45 base and 1:45-1:50 times
3:00 recovery
set 2 on 3:00 base and 1:45-2:00 times.
3:15 recovery
set 3 on 3:15 base and times of 1:45-2:00
the girls had a great workout today
1.25 cooldown
finished with 4x70 meter strides on the FB field
