Wow! That was fast!

Surprised how good and smooth I felt, hauling ass at the start but paid for it about halfway through when I already started shutting down.

Broke down all the paces and was really surprised by the results:

Warmup- 6:40
Fartlek On- Avg. 67 sec 400m (for 90 sec)
Fartlek Off- Avg. 6:57 mile pace (for 3:00)
Cooldown- 6:43

Can't believe I was holding an average of 67 sec 400 pace for 90 seconds, on the roads. Surprisingly, that means I was probably doing closer to 65 pace earlier on and 70 when I was tapering off and going uphill near the end.

Really am surprised by these numbers. Makes me feel like I'm finally seeing good headway in both getting mileage locked in and getting my speed up again.
