Pretty easy workout toady. Me and Phil ran together. Really nothing too taxing. 2x800 at 70 pace, a couple quarters at 63 pace and than like 4x200 sub race pace just working on pace changes and moving at different spots. Felt good most of the way a little sluggish on some of the 200's but fine mostly otherwise. 8's felt like walking.
