2 mile warm up. 8:44 3k, little over 2 on the cooldown. holy crap, best race yet. 21 second pr, didn't even feel it until Dee kicked my ass on the last lap. just kept moving trying to move up. lost contact around laps 7 and 8 from the front group but picked them up again and went with Dee with 400 to go.
