Weather: really nice @ 60 degrees but a little breezy
Comments:
7x300 with 3 mins rest: 44, 42, 44, 43, 42, 43, 43. Kinda awkward to start but felt really solid on 2-4, then started to get hard and legs felt like jelly by the end. Fun racing martin on the last one
