Comments:
8 mile loop around sewickley. Longest run in a while. Pretty hilly, clipped it off at around 7:00 pace.

On a side note: JT$ says he thinks I can go sub 4:05 in a month. Damn it, if JT$ says it can happen, it CAN happen. I'm not throwing this track season away just yet. Got a couple meets around home that I can run. Then Hudsons, because let's just face it, Rubin's not going to take me to conference, and quite frankly, I no longer care to go. Then Allegheny, and that's where I get my PR.
