Practice... I had all the girls today.. we did some warmup drills on the FB field, then went to Legion and back, then did 2 x 100 meter strides then a cone workout.. of 250,260,270 meters with jog backs in betweeen. then i did a 200 and 220 with the DR girls when they returned...
