back at school. did simulated workout on spinner. warmup 16 min, 6 min hard, easy for 10 min. then 12 x 80-75 sec hard, 15-20 seconds rest. was actually tough, felt like dropping off near the end, sweating a lot. Rolled out a lot before abs and ice. small distance crowd at 4.
