Kinda lost track of time in my lab so I hurried down from the house, I should have realized that Veale was open this week and just brought my stuff with me to lab, with Dave and Cromer, talked about the fact that all the work that I had performed today was not worth anything, drills

Michigan Loop: Access road, E118, Euclid, E115, Wade Park, E118, access road
1 mi tempo at 5:25 pace, felt easier than the last tempo mile, disagreed with the girls on the starting place for the loop

NRV Track
12*Lane 8 400m w/stagger walk recovery, three sets of 4: first at 80, second at 78, third at 75, felt pretty good although we had trouble pacing for the first few sets, splits: 78, 82, 81, 80, 79, 77, 77, 78, 74, 76, 73, 71

Jogged over to pick up Cromer's meal money, Dave went straight back to Veale while Cromer and I discussed whether or not my solution I made in lab would work on a longer cooldown, 40 Eagle in Veale before jogging back to the house, stretch
