Comments:
2 x [10 x 200] w/ 60 sec recovery first set, 40 sec recovery second set (32-33). These were easy, no problems to speak of, just kept rolling.
4 mile tempo (6:15 avg). I died real hard in these. I was only under 6 for the first one and then I just kept falling back until the last one where I got faster, but was still over 6.
