tried to simulate 5kers workout on bike. warmup, then 5x 5:45 hard. 2 min rest. then warm down. listened in on paul and tim's conversation about current political scandals. made the time pass.really wish i could be out there on the barriers... knee is feeling a bit looser. clicking isnt as prominent. try to jog it out on monday.
