Comments:
about a mile trail to the lake. Then modified Ned Workout: pyramid push-ups regular, wide, dimond, 1-2-3-2-1. Sit-ups, bicycles and other core and abdominal exercises. Then mile hike back.
Feet a little blistered up from the steel toes but not too bad.
