Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran along the niagara river on the trail. 1 mile warmup 3 mles at 8/min and 1.25 cooldown. Aside from the petroleum smells. Toxic waste smells and dust from the rock crushers is is a nice trail. I think I will run the other way tomorrow.
