450's

Weather: Outdoor track nice day to run

Comments:
Outdoor track for the workout toady. 4x450 and 3x300 only did 1. Legs extreamly sore from lifting yesterday. Sly talked about the 450's he said just cruise the 450's so thats what I did on all but the 3rd one chilled at 60 pace for those. On the 3rd we went in with the 800 guys so I ran 56 pace. Sly said I looked pretty bad finishinh and I felt it. Definitily tired from lifting yesterday. I'll be good at Wake though. Like I said if it suffers a bit now thats okay as long as I'm ready to roll when the time comes. Took a lot of rest after the 450's. CoachL said I should just do 1 so I talked to Sly and he said to just chill at 30 pace and then blow out the last 100 get used to moving when the kicks come in the big races. Did that splits for the 300 were like 29.5 13.2 for 42.7. Felt good and definitly glad I was able to move that last 100.
