Comments:
4-6-8-1000-8-6-4 with rest of half the time it took to do the previous lap. Pretty sure paces were 400 76-78 600: 1:57 or so 800: 2:32-2:36 and 1000 3:10-3:15. Ran it with Matt and Andris, a bit tight before hand, but felt alright during, but decided to ice it as well as shins afterwards.
