Comments:
i was supposed to do this starting at 6 min pace for the first mile, then 5:55 for the next mile, and then 5:50s. I didn't think i could do that, so i just held six minutes for 5 miles and then picked it up to 5:45 for the last mile. felt surprisingly good during this, despite the fact that I was super hungover.
