Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good run. Was stiff at first, but I loosened up. After the first 20-30 minutes I felt strong and just rolled. Even the hills felt easy. No calf pain while running, a little stiff afterwards, but very minor. Right IT was a little sore near the end, but it was minor.
