Everyone was wondering where I was today, I was in the research lab for most of the day, showed up a little bit late to practice and in the middle of Coach telling the team a story about a Irish songwriter who really wasn't Irish, with Cromer, Grese, Teare, Grogan, and Dave, drills, lap of striders

NRV Track
2*1000m tempo @5:15-5:20 pace w/1 min recovery, felt ok for these intervals, splits: 3:18 & 3:16

NRV Track
2*1000m fast w/3 min recovery and 4*200m at 10k goal pace w/200m recovery, spiked up for these intervals, the two quick 1000s felt good and second was more consistent than the first, felt around for the pace on the 200s, splits: 2:58, 2:57, 39, 40, 37, 39

NRV Track, E115, Juniper, Ford, Mayfield, Murray Hill, Veale
With Dave, Grogan, Phil, and Grese, apparently had the foresight to cross the street to run by two attractive blondes, stretch, 40 Ibis
