800 was weird outdoors. it's gonna take another race to get used to it again...i really hope martin doesn't think i enjoy the 3200 now. it wasn't terrible but boy am i sore now. made sure i got in a nice cooldown after that, seemed to do the trick. finally the 400, which was fun to get in after those. didn't get my split on that but it felt moderately fast. core. stretch. hot cocoa.
